A delicious marble bundt cake that combines chocolate and vanilla flavors.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter in half; mix cocoa powder into one half.
- Pour half of the vanilla batter into the bundt pan, then half of the chocolate batter. Repeat layers.
- Swirl a knife through the batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store the cake in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate glaze if desired.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
