Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar and flour, mixing until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter in half; mix cocoa powder into one half.
  7. In a greased loaf pan, alternate layers of banana and chocolate batter.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batters together slightly.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
