Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken, slice it, and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  9. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet.
  10. Toss everything together until well coated.
  11. Serve hot.
