Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
