- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and mix well.
- Add marshmallows and mix gently.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
- You can add nuts or chocolate for extra flavor.
- Make sure to use unsalted butter for a better taste.
