Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and mix well.
  6. Add marshmallows and mix gently.
  7. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
