Ingredients

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a mixing bowl.
- Add the sautéed garlic and chopped herbs to the bowl.
- Use a potato masher or fork to mash the cauliflower until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
