Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into muffin cups, filling halfway.
  6. Add a slice of bacon and cheese on top of each muffin.
  7. Cover with more batter until full.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
