Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Add chicken broth and lemon juice to the pan.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with sauce over the meatballs.
