Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
