Ingredients

- 1 whole branzino (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, one sliced and one juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the branzino and pat it dry.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper inside and out.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and herbs.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
- Branzino can be substituted with other white fish.
- Adjust herbs according to your preference.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
