- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, green onions, and taco seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
