- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and sauté until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese and let it melt.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can substitute cream with a non-dairy alternative for a lighter version.
