Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled as a side dish.
