Ingredients

- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
