- 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 20 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a pan.
- Place a spoonful of chicken on each tortilla.
- Add cheese, tomatoes, and onions on top.
- Fold the tortillas and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Garnish with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
