Instructions

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  5. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  6. Heat over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Whisk in egg yolks and vanilla extract.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  9. Place banana slices in the cooled crusts.
  10. Spoon the custard over the bananas.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  12. Top with whipped cream before serving.
