- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of greased muffin tins.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use cupcake liners for easy removal.
- Top with fruit or chocolate for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
