Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the griddle.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
