- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package pre-made mini pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the chopped pecans to the mixture.
- Place the mini pie crusts in a muffin tin.
- Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add whipped cream for extra flavor.
