  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the turkey mixture.
  5. Spoon ketchup on top of each muffin.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
