Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the orange juice and zest.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Add milk and mix until smooth.
  8. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
