Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers.
  6. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add cooked noodles and oyster sauce.
  8. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with green onions.
