Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix in cooked spaghetti and salsa.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
