Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder.
  4. In another bowl, blend melted butter and sugar.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, stir well.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  7. Fold in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
