Ingredients

- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 orange, sliced
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon allspice berries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine apple cider and orange slices.
- Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, and brown sugar if desired.
- Heat over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain out solids before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice quantities to taste.
- Can be made in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with additional orange slices or cinnamon sticks if desired.
