- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add carrots and peas, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mashed potatoes, smoothing it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
