- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 large tomatoes, blended
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add blended tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Add ground pepper, thyme, and salt.
- Pour in chicken stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
