No bake buckeye bars are a delicious treat made with peanut butter and chocolate. These bars are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir until smooth, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to press the peanut butter mixture firmly into the pan.
