Description
A delicious no bake chocolate eclair cake made with layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate frosting.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of graham crackers
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 pack of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk and pudding mix until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill overnight.
- You can add a layer of fruit if desired.
