No Bake Christmas Lasagna: 5 Steps to Holiday Happiness

A festive no-bake lasagna perfect for Christmas gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and let them cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the spinach.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
