- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Roll the dough into a log shape.
- Cut the log into slices.
- In another bowl, mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
- Chill for 30 minutes for firmer rolls.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
