Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a blender, puree cranberries until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry puree and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold cranberry mixture into cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor.
- Chill the pie overnight for better results.
- Top with whipped cream or additional cranberries if desired.
