Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use smooth peanut butter for best results.
- You can substitute chocolate with white chocolate if preferred.
