Delicious no bake peanut butter cheesecake balls that are easy to make and perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens.
