Delicious no bake peanut butter cheesecake balls that are easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips, for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Chill again until chocolate is set.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Use your favorite nut butter for variation.
- Add crushed nuts for extra crunch.
