Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine pecans, dates, oats, maple syrup, and coconut flour.
  2. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
