A delicious and easy no bake dessert made with pecans and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine pecans, dates, oats, maple syrup, and coconut flour.
- Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These can be made ahead and stored for up to a week.
