Easy to make no bake protein bars that are perfect for a quick snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oats and protein powder.
- Add peanut butter and honey, and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit.
- Store bars in an airtight container.
