This is a no bake salted caramel cheesecake recipe that is easy to make and delicious.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
