- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk and almond milk.
- Add sweetener, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in sugar-free dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
