A simple no churn pineapple ice cream recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Puree the fresh pineapple in a blender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and pineapple puree until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe pineapple for best flavor.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
