A simple recipe for making bread on the stovetop without an oven.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add water and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into a disc.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each disc for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with butter or dips.
