Description

A simple and healthy nut-free granola recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the melted mixture.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing.
