Ingredients

  • Nutella for filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
  4. Cook until edges are golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  6. Remove from skillet and spread Nutella on one half.
  7. Fold the crepe and serve warm.
