Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix water, honey, and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb water.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be toasted for extra crunch.
- Add nuts or seeds for additional flavor.
