Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix water, honey, and olive oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb water.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
