Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, honey, salt, and baking powder to the oat mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served toasted with butter.
- Great for sandwiches or as a snack.
