Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Incorporate olives, bacon, and cheese into the dough.

  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Place the loaf in a greased baking pan. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
