- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and slice.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Bring to a simmer and mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir well.
- Serve pasta topped with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.

- For a healthier version, use whole wheat pasta.
