Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until chicken is browned.
  4. Add orzo and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add pesto and cherry tomatoes, stir well.
  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
