Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add egg noodles and broccoli, reduce heat, and simmer until noodles are cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Stir in remaining butter until melted.
  8. Slice chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  9. Serve hot.
