Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. In a large oven-safe pan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  5. Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs.
  7. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
