- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large oven-safe pan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs.
