Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, pesto, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
